The harmonious society has put an even higher demand on the editors＇ professional accomplishment and abilities.As the editors of school journals are the builders and spreaders of socialist spiritual wealth,shouldering the historical and social responsibilities of passing down national culture and spreading science and knowledge,the qualities of editors is not only related to the level of the school journals but to the progress of socialist harmonious society.Therefore,the exploration of effective ways to improve the editors＇ qualities as soon as possible has become more and more important.
