64排螺旋CT对冠状动脉狭窄诊断的分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨64排螺旋CT对冠状动脉狭窄的诊断价值。方法对40例窦性心律冠心病疑似患者在7日内进行64排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影(CTA)及常规冠状动脉造影(CAG),对冠状动脉的右冠状动脉、左主干、左前降支和回旋支进行检查。以CAG结果为金标准,分析64排螺旋CT诊断的冠状动脉狭窄>50%的准确性。结果 CTA评价>50%冠状动脉狭窄的敏感性为78.0%,特异性为84.2%,阳性预测值为63.6%,阴性预测值为91.5%,符合率为82.5%。结论 64排螺旋CT对冠状动脉狭窄患者具有较高的诊断价值,可作为冠状动脉狭窄的一种无创检查。
