甲醛抑制剂在病理组织中的应用

The Application of Formaldehyde Inhibitor in Pathological Tissues

目的探讨甲醛抑制剂(亚硫酸氢钠)在病理科的应用效果。方法选取已用甲醛固定好的结肠、胃、肺、甲状腺、小肠组织各7份;3份分别以30%、15%、5%浓度的甲醛抑制剂喷洒为喷洒组;另3份的组织切片浸泡于3种不同浓度的抑制剂为浸泡组;剩余1份为对照组。喷洒组与浸泡组并分别于0.5、1、5、10、30、4h观察有无甲醛刺激性气味,4h后对照组一起进行常规制片和HE染色。结果未加抑制剂的对照组30min后仍有轻微甲醛刺激气味;5%抑制剂处理后,5min后几乎无甲醛刺激味;而喷洒组在10min后,抑制剂对甲醛挥发抑制作用减弱,可闻及轻微甲醛刺激气味;15%和30%抑制剂处理后,喷洒组1min几乎没有了甲醛刺激味,浸泡组0.5min后基本无甲醛刺激气味。结论 15%的甲醛抑制剂浸泡组织标本0.5min即可有效抑制甲醛挥发,并且不会对病理组织产生影响。

Objective To explore the application effects of formaldehyde inhibitor （ Sodium Bisulfite, NaHSO3 ） in pathological tissues. Methods Seven sections of each different tissue from colon, gastric, lung, thyroid gland and intestine fixed with formaldehyde; as spraying group：3 sections of tissues were sprayed respectively with 30%, 15% and 5% NaHSO3 solution; as dipping group： 3 sections of tissues were dipped respectively in 30%, 15% and 5% NaHSO3 solution; and the other 1 section of tissue as control group. To smell formaldehyde after 0.5、1 、 5. 10. 30, 240min respectively in both spaying group and dipping group, and then make paraffin slides and HE staining together with the control group. Results A litt/e irritating odor of formaldehyde can be smelt after 30min in control group without any inhibitor; treated with 5% NaHSO3 in both spraying group and dipping group, no formaldehyde odors were smelt after 5min; in spraying group, the inhibitor effective reduced a little after 10rain and a little formaldehyde odor can be smelt. Treated with 15% and 30% NaHSO3, nearly no formaldehyde odor smelt both in group spaying after 1min and in group dipping after 0.5min. Conclusion Dipping in 15% NaHSO3 for 0.5min can inhibit the formaldehyde odor effectively, and there is no influence for the pathological tissue.
