五金厂噪声对作业人员健康影响的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Effects of Noise on Workers' Health in A Hardware Factory

目的比较和观察噪声对作业人员健康的影响,为进一步改善卫生防护措施提供科学依据。方法选择某五金厂噪声作业人员205人为观察组,选择同厂非噪声作业人员214人为对照组,进行心电图、血压和听力检查,同时测量工作场所噪声强度。结果噪声作业人员心电图异常率、高血压患病率、听力异常率分别为11.2%、13.6%、15.6%,与对照组3.7%、2.3%、0%相比均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论长期接触噪声不仅损伤听力,同时还对心血管系统造成不利的影响。

Objective To evaluate the impact on workers＇ health and so as to offer scientific bases for improving the valid heath protective measures. Methods 205 workers exposed to noise were choosen as the observation group and 214 workers free from noise were as the control group in a hardware factory. They were all given the health examination, including electrocardiography （ECG）, blood pressure and hearing. Meanwhile, the strength of noise in work environment was Mso measured. Results The rates of irregular ECG, high blood pressure and abnormal hearing were 11.2%, 13.6% and 15.6% respectively, and compared with 3.7%, 2.3%, 0% of the control group, there were significant differences for the three kinds of rates （ P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion Long-term exposure to noise can not only do harm to hearing system, but also make adverse impact on cardiovascular system at the same time.
