摘要
测量了含微量Sc 和Zr 的2618 铝合金冷轧板材退火时的硬度变化,用金相显微镜和透射电镜观察了合金的显微组织。结果发现加入Sc 和Zr 后,合金中生成的细小弥散的共格Al3(Sc,Zr) 质点可有效地钉扎位错,稳定亚结构,阻止晶界推移,从而抑制合金退火时再结晶的发生,对提高2618 合金的耐热性能有利。
The hardness variation of cold rolled 2618 alloy plate with trace Sc and Zr addition during annealing had been measured.The microstructures of alloy were observed by optical microscope and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).It was found that the dispersed Al 3(Sc,Zr) particles could pin dislocations,stabilize substructures and impede the movement of boundaries,so the recrystallization of alloy was retarded and Al 3(Sc,Zr) phase was beneficial to improve the thermal resistance properties.
