摘要
通过光学、电子显微分析手段与力学性能检验,证明喷嘴材料本身化学成分不当及受水蒸气夹杂物和小水滴冲蚀作用是造成喷嘴断裂的主要原因。本文还对提高其使用寿命的方法进行了探讨。
Through the optical and electronical microanalysis and mechanical properties test,it was proved that the inappropriate chemical composition of nozzle material and the ablation effect of the impurities in steam and the little drop water were main reasions of the fracture of the nozzle.The way to prolong the service life of the nozzle was suggested.
