阐述了电弧磁偏吹产生的原因及影响磁偏吹大小的因素, 介绍了磁偏吹对焊接质量的影响。从设计和使用方面提出了控制磁偏吹的方法及注意事项,对指导焊接生产,提高焊接质量具有实际意义。
Analyzed in the paper are the elements responsible for occurrence of electric arc magnetic blowing deviation and the amount thereof. Also described here is how magnetic blowing deviation influences welding quality. In addition, the author proposes measures for controlling magnetic blowing deviation from the view point of design and operation , and necessary cautions, which are directive to welding operation and significant for improving welding quality as well.
