摘要
最佳切削用量的选择是机械加工中的一个重要方面。本文提出了运用神经网络的非线性建模原理和自学习能力,在各种切削用量选择影响因素和切削用量之间建立起函数映射关系,实现切削用量的智能化选择。最后,通过基于此模型的车削加工用量选择软件的实例运行结果表明其可行性及有效性。
Optimum determination of cutting conditions is important in machining.In order to realize it intelligently,it is proposed in this paper to utilize the non linear modeling theory and self learning capability of neural network to setup mapping relations between the cutting conditions and other influential factors.Finally,the cutting conditions determination software developed for turning machining based on the above model has been put into application to show its feasibility and effectiveness.
