摘要 本试验以基础日粮为对照组,在基础日粮中添加200mg/kg微生态制剂、50mg/kg杆菌肽锌进行对比试验,旨在考察饲料中添加微生态制剂对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响。选用1440只50周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分成3组,每组5个重复,每重复96只。试验时间2个月。试验结果表明:与对照组相比,微生态制剂组产蛋率提高2.43%(P〈0.05),平均蛋重提高1.22%(P〈0.05),料蛋比降低5.50%(P〈0.05),破蛋率降低16.87%(P〈0.05);微生态制剂组、杆菌肽锌组的腹泻率分别比对照组降低52.63%(P〈0.05)和51.70%(P〈0.05),蛋壳厚度分别比对照组提高10.00%(P〈0.05)和3.33%(P〉0.05),全蛋中蛋白质含量分别比对照组提高17.22%(P〈0.05)和3.38%(P〉0.05);微生态制剂组全蛋中胆固醇含量比对照组降低17.29%(P〈0.05)。本试验表明,在饲料中添加微生态制剂可以提高蛋鸡生产性能,改善蛋品质,其效果优于杆菌肽锌。 To study the effects of microbial ecological agent on production performance and eggs quality of laying hens by feeding microbial ecological agent, One thousand four hundred and forty 50 -week -old Hailan laying hens were randomly divided into three groups with five replicates per group and 96 laying hens per replicate. The diet of the control group was a basal corn - soy -bean meal diet. The experimental diets were composed by adding microbial ecological agent (200mg/kg) or bacitracin (50mg/kg) into basal diet, respectively. The experimental period lasted for two months. Results showed that average laying late and average egg weight in microbial ecological agent group was significantly increased by 2.43% and 1.22% ( P 〈 0.05) respectively, but feed/eeg ratio and broken eggs ratio was respectively decreased by 5.50% (P 〈 0.05) and 16.87% (P 〈 0.05 ) compared with that in control group. Shell thickness was significantly increased by 10.00% ( P 〈 0.05 ) and 3.33% ( P 〉 0.05 ) , protein content in egg was significantly increased by 17.22% (P 〈0.05) and 3.38% (P 〉0.05), and incidence of diarrhea of laying hens was significantly decreased by 52.63% ( P 〈 0.05 ) and 51.70% ( P 〈 O. 05 ) in microbial ecological agent and bacitracin groups compared with control group. The microbial ecological agent significantly decreased cholesterol content of egg by 17.29% compared with that in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). It was showed that microbial ecological agent added in the diets of laying hens could increase the production performance of laying hens and improve the eggs quality.
