ASDD试验井深水表层固井水泥浆体系研究与应用

摘要 简要介绍了海洋深水表层固井水泥浆体系所处的复杂情况,并针对ASDD试验井深水低温等复杂情况,开发出一套适合于深水表层固井的低温低密度高强水泥浆体系,并对其性能进行了详细的评价。最后介绍了现场作业情况。研究表明,开发的水泥浆体系满足了ASDD试验井固并技术要求,水泥石在低温下有足够的强度,水泥环与20in套管间的剪切胶结力远远大于浮筒产生的浮力,套管被拔起的可能性很小,保证了ABS的试验成功。 The complex situations on deepwater surface well cementation was introduced,in allusion to the situation of low temperature and deepwater in the test wells of Artificial Seabed Deepwater Drilling(ASDD) a set of high density and intensity slurry systems were developed,high strength slurry systems were developed and their performance was evaluated in detail.Their field operation was introduced.The test results indicate that the developed slurry systems can meet the requirements of ASDD cementation.The set cement has enough strength to support the casing at low temperature.The shearing force between 20 in casing and cement sheath is more greater than buoyancy force caused by the Artificial Buoyancy Seabed unit(ABS).It is impossible that the casing is pulled up and the ABS is assured to successfully tested.
