多功能TIG焊机的单片机控制系统研究

开发了一套用于弧焊机器人配套的多功能ＴＩＧ 焊机的单片机控制系统，本系统除实现手工电弧焊、直流ＴＩＧ 焊、脉冲ＴＩＧ 焊、方波交流ＴＩＧ 焊和ＴＩＧ 点焊等方法控制外，充分发挥单片机的特点，具有良好的操作界面，可方便地设定、显示、在线修改和存储焊接规范，串行通信接口有利于上档机对其控制。实践证明整个系统设计合理、功能齐全，完全满足弧焊机器人柔性焊接的需要。

In this paper,a single chip microcomputer control system of a multi function power source for TIGarc welding robotis developed .Atthe aid ofthe system ,the powersource canrealize DCTIGarc welding、pulse arc welding and variable polar ity TIGwelding .The control system has a good operate interface which makes user easily set、display、really change and save the welding parameters.Test showsthatthe controlsystem works well,meetsthe need offlexible welding of arc welding robot.
