摘要 低渗透油田回注水膜分离技术是一项固膜分离技术,针对采油污水的回注处理而研发,也可对地表水和地下水进行处理。该技术主要应用于低渗透油田回注水处理中。通过对膜分离技术的研究,确定膜性能的主要技术每数和对膜及膜组件的选择与膜运行性能的研究,得出周期内膜出水量与跨膜压差变化关糸与膜通量与跨膜压差关系,用试验的方法确定膜设计通量,并在现场应用中得到检验。解决了以往研究中出现的膜污染严重、清洗频繁、回收水率低的难题。 The membrane separation technology for reinjected water in low-permeability oilfields was a solid membrane separation technology,which was developed to treat the produced wastewater in reinjection.In addition,this technology could be used for surface or ground water treatment.It was mainly used for wastewater treatment for reinjection in low-permeability oilfields.The membrane separation technology was studied,which involved in determination of main technical parameters in terms of membrane properties,selection of a membrane and its components and operation,the membrane flux vs.pressure difference within a certain period was determined,the design of membrane flux was determined based on experiments.The technology is used in oilfields.The problems of heavy membrane pollution,frequent cleaning,and low water recovery rate can be solved by using this technology.
