摘要
把牙轮钻头齿面堆焊用管装粒状铸造碳化钨焊条中的碳化钨以球状烧结碳化钨取代,并将管皮厚度减小制成薄皮管装球状烧结碳化钨焊条,各种试验表明焊条的性能有较大提高。
By replacing the granular cast tungsten carbide with spheriodal sintered tungsten carbide and thinning the tube thickness, a thin tubular hard alloy electrode used to surfacing the toothed bits is develeped and the performance of the electrode is obviously improved.
