分析了沉积参数对合成金刚石厚膜质量的影响，提出了采用燃焰法沉积高质量金刚石厚膜的合理参数，介绍了金刚石厚膜的激光切割、焊接及刃磨加工特性。

The effect of deposition parameters on the quality of thick diamond films is analyzed, and optimal parameters for depositing high quality diamond films by the combusting flame method are proposed. The properties of laser machining, welding and grinding of diamond films are introduced.
