摘要
在分析切削过程特征和最小二乘回归法的基础上,建立了两种基于切削力实测平均值、最大最小值及对称模糊数概念的切削力模糊预测模型。试验表明,该模型能有效预测已知切削条件下的切削力变化范围,且比最小二乘回归法能更好反映实际切削过程。
On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of cutting process and the least square regression method, two fuzzy prediction models of cutting force based on maximum minimum and mean values of measured force as well as the conception of symmetric fuzzy number are established. The test results show that the models can validly predict the variation region of cutting force under the given cutting conditions, and are better adaptive to the actual cutting process than the least square regression method.
