摘要
采用扫描电镜能谱仪、金相检验及跟踪试验等方法对20MnSi螺纹钢筋脆断的成因进行了综合分析,认为20MnSi螺纹钢筋脆断的主要原因一是钢材成分严重不均匀,二是表面增碳,造成组织极不均匀甚至异常。并讨论了主要的影响因素。
Thesyntheticanalysistothecauseofbrittlefractureintheribbedrebarof2 0MnSisteel hasbeencarriedoutbymeansofscanningelectronmicroscope,energyspectrometer,metallographicexaminationand onlinetrailsmethods,theinhomogeneityandanomalymicrostructurewerefoundinthefracturedrebar.Itwas thoughtthatthemaincausesofbrittlefractureofrebarweretheinhomogeneitychemicalcompositionofsteelproducts andthecarbonizedsurfacelayer.Somekeyinfluencefactorswerediscussed.
