摘要
研究了厦门海域海泥的腐蚀性以及碳钢在海泥中的极化曲线、电化学交流阻抗频谱。结果表明,所研究的海泥为强腐蚀性介质。碳钢在海泥中的腐蚀电位为0 .75V(SCE) ,腐蚀速度受氧扩散控制,为2.3μA/cm2 ,析氢电位为0 .87V(SCE) 。碳钢在海泥和海水中的极化行为相似。在海泥中放置两个月后,碳钢的电化学交流阻抗频谱图上出现感抗弧。
The corrosion character of seamud and corrosion electrochemical behavior of carbon steel in seamud were studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The experimental results showed that the seamud was aggressive in corrosion activity, and that corrosion potential of carbon steel in seamud was 0.75V (SCE), corrosion rate controlled by oxygen diffusion was 2.3 μ A/cm 2, and hydrogen evolution potential was 0.87V (SCE). The results also indicated that the rust on carbon steel surface led to the inductance impedance behavior at high frequency during electrochemical impedance measurement.
