摘要
对管道敷设现场勘查、外观检查和金相、电镜检验及管道材质机械性能的综合分析认为：管道失效是由于点蚀造成管壁穿孔；输送介质－原油是造成管壁腐蚀穿孔，使其失效的主要原因；腐蚀产物中硫含量偏高．
A failure analysis of an underground oil pipeline has been made by using in\|situ inspection, metallographic examination and mechanical property testing. Analytical results showed that corrosion product contained higher sulphur content and the failure was caused by pitting corrosion.
