一种新型无速度传感器矢量控制PMSM系统 被引量:1

A new speed sensorless vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motors

摘要 针对永磁同步电机速度估算及定子电阻变化引起的稳定性问题,根据模型参考自适应控制法的原理,在同步旋转坐标系下,提出永磁同步电机转速估算与定子电阻辨识的自适应律,建立永磁同步电机无速度传感器矢量控制系统及定子电阻在线辨识的数学模型.通过控制系统简化,确定调速控制系统中电流调节器与速度调节器的传递函数,并对电流调节器与速度调节器的控制增益进行了设计.仿真结果表明:控制系统对定子电阻变化鲁棒性好,转速估算与速度调节精度高,验证了本控制系统的可行性. In view of speed estimation and the variation of principle of the model reference adaptive system ( MRAS), motor stator resistance, according to the the estimation methods for the rotor speed and stator resistance are derived in the synchronous rotating coordinate system. The mathematical mod- el of speed sensorless vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) with stator resistance on - line identification is established. By simplifying the control system, the transfer function of current regulator and speed regulator of the proposed system are determined, and the con- trol gains of current regulator and speed regulator have been designed. The simulation results indicate that the system robustness is good for the stator resistance variation, the speed estimation and control have a high precision, and the system is feasible.
