摘要
本系统针对目前压力测井系统井下交互操作难以实现的现状,设计了一套基于无线扩频调制方式进行信号传输的软硬件系统,成功实现了地面控制系统和井下压力计的实时交互通信。系统主要包括地面控制系统、下井控制器和井下控制器三部分,并采用了一种高精度和特定计算方法的压力计模型。实际测量应用表明能够准确地反映井下油气储存情况,满足了远距离试井的实地操作需求,并在很大程度上提高了整个测井的实际效率。
In view of the present situation that the underground interactive operation of pressure logging system is hard to realize,a set of software and hardware system based on wireless spread-spectrum modulation method is designed,and the real-time interactive communications between the ground control system and underground pressure gauge is realized.The system mainly includes three parts: ground control system,TIH controller and downhole controller,and adopts a pressure gauge model having high precision and specific calculation method.The practical measurement application shows that the model could accurately reflect the underground petroleum and gas storage conditions,satisfy the requirements for the field operation of remote well test field,and greatly improve the actual logging efficiency.
