高效液相色谱法测定八味痛经片中木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯和芍药苷

Simultaneous determination of costunolide,dehydrocostuslactone,and paeoniflorin in Bawei Tongjing Tablet by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定八味痛经片(牛膝、木香、当归、白芍等)中木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯和芍药苷。方法色谱柱:Dikma Diamonsil C18柱,流动相:乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(15∶85),体积流量为1.0 mL/min,柱温:室温,检测波长:230 nm。结果木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯和芍药苷进样量分别在0.094 6μg～0.946μg(r=0.999 5),0.095 20μg～0.952μg(r=0.999 9),0.105 3μg～1.053 0μg(r=0.999 3)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为98.2%、98.1%、98.5%。结论本法简便,准确,重现性好,能排除其他成分的干扰能更好的控制该药质量。

AIM To establish an HPLC method for simultaneously determing costunolide,dehydrocostuslactone and paeoniflorin in Bawei Tongjing Tablet（Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,Aucklandiae Radix,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Paeoniae Radix Alba,etc.）.METHODS The column C18 was used with CAN-0.085% H3PO4 as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was room temperature and the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.RESULTS The calibration curves were linear within the ranges of 0.094 6 μg-0.946 μg（r =0.999 5） fo costunolide;0.095 20 μg-0.952 μg（r =0.999 9） for dehydrocostuslactone;0.105 3 μg-1.053 0 μg（r = 0.999 3） for paeoniflorin.The average recoveries of the three components in Bawei Tongjing Tablet were 98.2%,98.1% and 98.5%,respectively.CONCLUSION The mothod is specific,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
