摘要 目的为进一步开发研究瑶族植物药,对圆盖阴石蕨(Humata tyermanni Moore)的化学成分进行研究。方法圆盖阴石蕨经乙醇提取再经石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取,萃取物用硅胶色谱柱,Sephadex LH-20色谱柱再进行分离纯化,通过1H-NMR、13C-NMR、MS、IR等方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了9个化合物分别为hop-22(29)-ene(1),stigmast-4-ene-3,6-dione(2),β-谷甾醇(3),adiantone(4),friedelin(5),cyclobalanone(6),对羟基苯甲酸(7),2-羟基-4-甲氧基-3,6-二甲基苯甲酸(8),原儿茶酸(9)。结论除化合物5外,其余尚未见从该植物中分离得到的相关文献报道;除化合物1和5外,其余尚未见从该属植物中分离得到的相关文献报道。 AIM To investigate chemical constituents of Humata tyermanni Moore from the Yao nationality.METHODS Humata tyermanni Moore was extracted by ethanol,then by petroleum eter,ethyl acetate,and n-bu-tanol,obtained extracts were isolated and purified by silica column and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.Their structures were identified by means of 1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS and IR respectively,in some cases by direct comparison with authentic samples.RESULTS Nine compounds were identified as hop-22(29)-ene(1),stig-mast-4-ene-3,6-dione(2),β-sitosterol(3),adiantone(4),friedelin(5),cyclobalanone(6),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(7),2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-3,6-dimethyl benzoic(8),protocatechuic acid(9).CONCLUSION Except compound 5,the other compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.Furthermore,compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time except compounds 1 and 5.
