痛泻要方干预脾虚肝郁型大鼠肠易激综合征的实验研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的在病证结合的基础上,观察痛泻要方干预脾虚肝郁型IBS的效应机制。方法 48只SD大鼠,按体质量随机分为4组,正常组、模型组、得舒特组、痛泻要方组,每组12只。适应性喂养1周后,除正常组外,其余各组采用番泻叶灌胃结合束缚-应激法刺激4周,成功复制脾虚肝郁型大鼠IBS模型后,分别予生理盐水、得舒特、痛泻要方灌胃2周,采用腹部回缩反射结合腹壁紧张度综合评估大鼠内脏敏感性;第6周末处死所有大鼠,截取结肠标本,HE染色检测大鼠结肠组织形态学变化。结果各组大鼠体质量比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05);模型组大鼠大便次数增多,内脏敏感性阈值降低,与其余各组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05);痛泻要方组与得舒特组比较,均能够提高内脏敏感性阈值,降低内脏敏感性,与正常组比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论痛泻要方可能通过调节内脏敏感性阈值,改善大鼠内脏敏感性,发挥缓解脾虚肝郁型大鼠IBS的效应。
