论述高校班级管理工作的重要性和高校班级管理存在的问题,基于对班级管理工作的思考与分析,深化班级管理模式创新与探索,以促进大学生自我管理,实现班级管理各方面持续、健康、科学发展。
This paper discusses on the importance and present problems of class management in college. Based on the thinking and analysis of class management, it deepens the innovation and exploration of class management mode, so as to promote students＇ self-management, and to achieve a sustainable, healthy and scientific development of various aspects of class management.
