摘要
介绍了一种可用于NdFeB永磁体表面保护的涂层技术──DACROMET(达可乐-锌铝膜),该技术最突出的优点是无环境污染,耐蚀性、耐氢脆优异。初步实验证明,锌铝膜用于粘结NdFeB永磁体效果较好,用于烧结NdFeB永磁体很好,优于电镀锌和电镀镍.
A new protection coating for NdFB magnets-DACROMET (Zn - Al coating),which has the advantages of no-environmantal pollution, hydrogen brittleness and corrosion-resistanceis introduced. The experiment asults show that DACROMET gains an advantage overZn-electroplation or Ni-electroplatoing for NdFeB magnets.
