模切板刀片复合弯曲成形中的回弹研究

Research on spring back in compound bending forming of knives of the template

复合弯曲成形是一种高柔性的板料成形工艺。运用有限元方法分析了模切板刀片的复合弯曲成形， 对成形过程中的回弹进行了研究。建立了外环转角与弯曲回弹角度的关系， 分析了内环圆角半径对回弹的影响， 对模切板刀片的成形具有一定的指导意义。

Compound bending forming is a flexible sheet metal forming process.The finite element analysis of the compound bending forming process is done for knives of the template.The spring back in the forming procedure is investigated.The relationship is established between the angular angle of the external ring and the spring back angle of sheet metal,the influence of fillet radius of the inner ring on the spring back of sheet metal is analyzed.To some extent,this will guide the compound bending forming of knives of the template.
