PLC在C516立式车床电气改造中的应用

摘要 随着电气技术的飞速发展,可编程序控制器以其较高的稳定性和可靠性,较强的实时处理能力,简单方便的维护被广泛的应用于各种领域的工业控制。变频器更是凭借其优异的调速性能和经济效益日渐成为调速设备的主力。传统的立式车床上使用了大量的继电器元件,有触点多,线路复杂,不宜于故障维修,耗能高等缺点。应用PLC和变频器对其电气控制系统进行改造,可以把机床的功能、效率提高到一个新的水平,大大的改善产品的加工质量,降低设备故障率,提高生产效率,节省能耗,其经济效率显著。 Along with the rapid development of electrical technology, programmable logic controller with its high stability and reliability, strong real-time processing power, simple and easy maintenance is widely used in various fields of industrial control, Variable vohage variable frequency which depends on its excellent speed-control performance and economic benefits has become the main control equipments. The traditional vertical lathe is more contact points, lines complex, uneasy to repair when its breakdown and high energy consumption. Because there uses a lot of relays equipment on it. Using PLC and frequency converter to reform electric control system can improve the function and the efficiency of the lathe to a new level. It can improve the product processing quality, reduce the failure of the equipments and raising production effieieney, saving energy consumption, and increasing economic efficiency significantly.
