摘要
采用Φ56 mm破甲基准弹来固定射流参数,通过DOP实验,研究了不同夹角、不同夹层厚度和不同夹层材料情况下橡胶基复合装甲抗射流侵彻的空间防护能力、质量防护能力和差分防护能力,通过X光观察了射流侵彻复合装甲后射流断裂和变形情况.分析了倾角、橡胶夹层厚度和夹层材料对复合装甲抗射流侵彻性能的影响原理,结果表明,橡胶复合装甲在倾角为60°,橡胶夹层厚度为3.5 mm,夹层材料为天然橡胶6744时,橡胶复合装甲具有最优的抗射流侵彻性能.
The mass protection capability,space protection capability and differential protection capability of rubber composite armor were studied through the DOP(Depth of Penetration) experiments of 56 mm stander shaped charge penetrating rubber composite.The obliquity effect,thickness effect of the rubber composite were researched,and the protection of the rubber composite armor with different rubber material was also considered.The broken situation and distortion of shaped charge jet after jet penetrated composite armor were observed through X-ray.The disturbing principle of composite armor was studied.The results show that,when the dip angle is 60°,and material is nature rubber 6744 and thickness is 3.5 mm,the rubber composite armor has the best protection capability.
