SICG驱动线圈间距对弹丸初速的影响

Effects of Space Between Drive-coils on Muzzle Velocity of Projectile in Synchronous Induction Coilgun

摘要 为了分析同步感应线圈炮(SICG)驱动线圈间距对弹丸初速的影响,建立了SICG系统的数学模型,以一个3级系统为例进行了仿真分析,获得了不同驱动线圈间距情况下弹丸所受3级驱动线圈推力及弹丸初速的曲线.分析结果表明,随着驱动线圈间距的增大,弹丸初速先减小后逐渐增大;当驱动线圈间距增大到一定数值时,弹丸初速增幅逐渐减小直至趋于稳定. In order to study the effects of the space between drive-coils on the muzzle velocity of projectile in synchronous induction coilgun(SICG),mathematic models of SICG were built,and the system of three-stage synchronous induction coilgun was simulated.Under the conditions of different space between drive-coils,the thrust of 3-stage drive-coils acting on projectile and the muzzle velocity of projectile were obtained.Research results show that the muzzle velocity of projectile decreases at first and gradually increases later with the increase of the space between drive-coils.When the space between drive-coils reaches a certain value,the growth rate of the muzzle velocity of projectile gradually decreases and levels off at last.
