摘要
针对车载炮制动过程中的制动效能问题,在车载炮行驶运动和车轮受力分析的基础上,建立了车载炮制动效能基本方程,对车载炮制动时的制动力、制动减速度和制动距离进行了分析,以三轴车载炮为例进行了仿真计算,获得了车载炮制动过程中的车轴抱死顺序和制动减速度、制动位移随时间的变化规律,为车载炮制动系统设计提供了参考.
Aiming at the brake effectiveness during the brake period of vehicular artillery,the travel of vehicular artillery and the stress on wheel were analyzed.The basic equations were constructed for the braking efficiency of vehicular artillery.Based on the equations,the braking force,braking deceleration and the braking distance were analyzed.The dynamic simulation was performed for triaxial vehicular artillery.The lock sequence of the axle,the braking deceleration and braking distance were obtained.The results offer reference for the braking system design of vehicular artillery.
