摘要
本文以YL-335B型自动生产线实训考核装置为背景,以传输单元为例重点讲述了PLC对机械手自由转动的控制,指出伺服电机在机械手定位中的应用,大大提高了置位的准确度,并用PLC对其进行速度控制,增强了其应用性。该设备使用效果良好,成本低,同时具备在三维空间内大范围作业的功能。
The context of YL-335B automated production line, this article is intended to the manipulator control by PLC ,transmission unit as an example,puts forward that the servo motor improves the accuracy of positioning of manipulator, as well as speed control by PLC, this is worth using in practice. It is low cost, effect and has the function of working in the three-dimensional space.
