摘要
目的评估吗啡对大鼠前额叶与海马部位γ振荡活动的影响。方法大鼠吗啡腹腔给药,连续6天;同时在自由活动的大鼠上进行电生理信号记录与分析技术,动态记录吗啡给药时大鼠前额叶皮质与海马γ振荡活动的变化;采用γ振荡功率作为评价指标。结果在前额叶,吗啡组大鼠γ振荡功率显著性低于生理盐水对照组;在海马,吗啡组大鼠γ振荡功率亦显著性低于生理盐水对照组。此外,吗啡组大鼠前额叶γ振荡功率显著性低于海马部位。结论吗啡可引起大鼠前额叶与海马部位γ振荡活动降低,且该效应存在脑区差异性。
Objective To evaluate the effects of morphine on gamma oscillation in the prefrontal cortex and hippocampus in rats.Methods Rats were injected saline or morphine for continuous six days.At the same time,we recorded the activity of gamma oscillation in the prefrontal cortex and hippocampus by using an electrophysiological method adopted in the freely moving animals.Gamma oscillation power was calculated as an index.Results Compared with rats with saline,rats with morphine showed a significant less levels of gamma oscillation power in the prefrontal cortex and hippocampus.Furthermore,the gamma oscillation power in the prefrontal cortex was significantly decreased compared to that in hippocampus in the morphine-treated rats.Conclusion Morphine administration led to a decrease of gamma oscillation power in the prefrontal cortex and hippocampus.The effects of morphine on gamma activities in both regions were not uniform.
