摘要 在新疆大力推行双语教学的环境下,我们有必要重新审视汉语教师业务素质问题。为了适应新课改的要求,笔者认为,汉语教师应具备以下几个方面的素养:教师职业的基本素养;汉语言与文学素养;中国文化素养;少数民族语言与文化素养;第二语言教学理论素养;语言学理论素养;教学研究素养。 This paper concentrates on the study of the professional quality of the teachers of the Chinese language.It holds the opinion that qualified Chinese language teachers are supposed to possess the professional quality in the following aspects: the teacher's professionalism,the Chinese language,the Chinese literature,the Chinese culture,the ethnic minority language,the Chinese teaching methodology,the secondary language acquisition theories,the linguistic theories and the teaching research.
