摘要
采用一种简单的溶剂热发成功的合成了花状的Ni磁性粉体.所得样品的物相用X射线衍射(XRD)仪表征,形貌通过电子扫描显微镜(SEM)观测,磁性用振动样品磁强计(VSM)测试.结果表明产品为面心立方结构(fcc)的镍单质,形貌为花状,每个花的直径约为2~5μm之间.样品在室温下表现出铁磁性,饱和磁化强度(Ms)为52.9emu/g,剩磁(Mr)为14.25 emu/g,矫顽力(Hc)为140 Oe.
Flower-like nickel magnetic powder were synthesized by a facile solvothermal process. The struc- ture, morphology, and magnetic properties of the reaction products were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), respectively. The results showed that the products were face-centered cubic (fcc) structure. The average diameter of flower-like nickel microstructures was about 2 - 5um. The magnetic measurement showed that these powders exhibited ferromagnetic character. The saturation magnetization (Ms) of the samples is 52.9emu/g. The remanent magnetization (Mr) of samples is 14.25 emu/g. The coercive field (Hc) of samples is about 140 Oe.
