摘要
本文一方面研究了车身覆盖件的曲面建模技术,另一方面研究了曲面模型向实体模型的转换以及利用实体模型进行虚拟装配的技术。通过曲面模型实体的虚拟装配,不但获得了零件的CAD模型,而且为车身制造质量的检测提供了理论依据,从而指导和验证车身检测数据的准确性和可靠性。
In the paper, either model-setting technology of curved face of panels of the car is studied, or transition from curved face model to physical model, as well as technology of virtual assembling by using physical model. By virtual assembling of physical of curved model,not only CAD model of the parts are got, but also theoretical basis for testing quality of car body produced are provided. Thereby it can guide and verify accuracy and reliability of the body.
