摘要
低温会影响植物形态与代谢活动,植物应答低温胁迫的生理与分子生物学机制一直是人们关注的热点问题。分析了拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)等7种植物应对低温胁迫的蛋白质组学研究结果,为全面理解植物低温应答机制提供了线索。
Low temperature has effect on plant morphology and metabolism throughout the lifecycle of plants,the mechanisms of low temperature-responsive physiology and molecular ecology in plants are one of the hot topics recently.This paper analyzed all the informations revealed from these differentially expressed proteomics researches on seven plants represented by Arabidopsis thaliana,which provided a fundamental understanding and knowledge about molecular mechanisms of plant in response to low temperature.
