不同水分处理对棉株抗旱生理指标的影响

摘要 在室内进行了3种水分处理条件下棉株生理指标变化情况的盆栽试验,结果表明:随着土壤含水率的减少,叶片的自然饱和亏缺加大,叶片保水力减弱,叶水势变小,说明当水分处于亏缺时,棉株根系供给地上部分水分及养料的能力下降,致使棉株生理特性下降。对叶水势与土壤体积含水率进行了定量分析发现,两者之间均呈二次多项式关系,相关系数在0.8以上,同时也测得植株总生物量及根冠比在不同水分处理下的变化。综合以上各指标的分析,为达到节水目的,从整个生育期内来看,棉株的灌溉下限应使土壤含水量达到田间持水量的60%。 The effects of different water treatments on variantions of physiological indices of cotton were carried out in pot-test.Results showed that leaf water saturated deficiency trended to increase,leaf water conservation and leaf potential trended to decrease along with the decrease of soil water content,it meant roots of cotton supplied lower water and nourishment in the condition of water deficiency and the cotton physiology descended.The relation of leaf potential and water moisture showed quadric multinomial,and correlation coefficients exceeded 0.8,total biomass and the rate of root and overground were determined at the same time.To achieve water-saving purpose,soil water content was 60% field content as the lowest value of water saving irrigation in the whole bearing time.
