摘要
研究了缓饱和时效工艺(DSA) 对超高强铝合金强度和抗腐蚀性能的影响。DSA处理可使超高强铝合金获得理想的性能( 屈服强度比7150T77 合金提高5 %) , 且抗应力腐蚀性能相对峰值时效后的T6 状态得到明显改善。同时讨论了DSA处理改善合金强度和抗蚀性能的机理。
Abstract: The effect of the desaturation aging (DSA) treatment on the strength and the corrosion resistance of ultra high strength aluminium alloys were studied. The results showed that the ideal strength of ultra high strength aluminium alloys can be obtained by DSA treatment (about 10% greater yield strength than 7150T77 alloy), and the stress corrosion resistance relates to the peak strength T6 type tempers was obvious improved. The principle of improving the strength and corrosion resistance of the alloy by DSA treatment was discussed.
