摘要
从钛合金基体和增强相的选择、TMCs 的制备方法、TMCs 的微观组织和界面结构、TMCs 的性能和TMCs 的应用5 个不同方面叙述了自生颗粒增强型钛基复合材料的研究进展。重点介绍了熔铸法、XDTM法、燃烧合成法、燃烧合成熔铸法制备TMCs 的基本工艺、优缺点和发展。同时对复合材料的组织、界面反应情况和力学性能进行了综述。最后对TMCs 应用情况也做了简单的叙述。
Abstract: The selection of matrix material and reinforcement phase, manufacture technology, microstructure and interface structure of TMCs, mechanical properties of TMCs and potential applications of TMCs were reviewed. Several processes such as melting, XD TM , self propagating high temperature synthesis (SHS) and combustion assisted synthesis melting (CAS melting) were described in detail. The microstructure, interface structure and mechanical properties of TMCs, and the application potential of these composites also introduced.
