摘要
对街区保护和改造的意义进行研究,同时以北京平安大街和上海新天地的实践为例,分析其成功经验和不足之处,探讨历史街区保护和改造的基本原则,并提出对历史街区进行保护和改造的对策。
The meaning of the protection and transformation of historic district was studied.Taking Ping＇an Street in Beijing and Shanghai Xintiandi as examples,their successes and shortcomings were analyzed.Basic principles of protection and transformation were discussed and solutions were proposed.
