摘要
目的了解急诊科护士的工作压力源、心理健康状况及其相关性,以帮助管理层及护士正确认识并减少工作压力,提高急诊科护士急救应急水平及临床护理质量。方法采用护士工作压力源量表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对4所三级甲等医院100名急诊科护士进行问卷调查。结果 SCL-90各因子得分均高于常模(P<0.01,P<0.05),表明急诊科护士的心理健康水平处于相对不健康状态。SCL-90总分及各因子得分与工作压力源呈正相关,主要压力源来自护理专业及工作方面的问题、工作量及时间分配问题和病人护理方面的问题。不同学历与压力源得分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论急诊科护士存在着多种压力源及影响心理健康的因子,应引起医院管理层的关注和重视,采取积极的应对措施,以提高医院急诊科急救应急水平及临床护理质量,为急诊患者提供更优质的护理服务。
Objective To investgate the soure of job stress of emergency nurses,the state of mental health and its relevance,and help management and nurses correctly understanding and reducing work stress and to improve emergency first aid level and quality of clinical care for emergency nurses.Methods 100 nurses in emergency department of four First Class of the third Grade Hospitals were investigated by SCL-90 questionnaire.Results The scores of SCL-90 are higher in emergency nurses than controls,which show emergency mental health nurses in a relatively unhealthy state(P0.01,P0.05).The scores of SCL-90 are positively related to various aspects of source of work stress.The main source of stress is from the nursing profession,work-related issues and aspects of patient care.There were no significant difference between source of stress and level of education(P0.05).Conclusion There are many sources of stress and factors of mental health for emergency nurses,Which should cause hospital management's concern and attention,and they should take active countermeasures to improve the level of emergency response and clinical quality of care and to provide better care for emergency patients.
