摘要
目的分析湖南省医药企业知识产权保护现状及其发展战略。方法统计分析了湖南省医药企业的经济指标与专利申请数,提出医药企业加强知识产权保护的几点建议。结果湖南省医药企业取得了快速的发展,知识产权保护意识较强,但大部分企业专利申请数量偏低。结论湖南省医药企业必须加强药品专利申请和知识产权人才培养,调整医药知识产权保护制度。
Objective To analyze the current status of intellectual property rights protection and development strategy of pharmaceutical enterprises in Hunan province.Methods The economic indicators and patent application numbers of pharmaceutical enterprises in Hunan province were analyzed statistically,and some suggestions for the intellectual property rights strategies in pharmaceutical enterprises were given.Results Hunan pharmaceutical enterprises had a strong awareness of intellectual property right protection,but most of the enterprises had a low number of patent applications.Conclusion Pharmaceutical enterprises in Hunan province should strengthen the drug patent application and intellectual property talent cultivation,and adjust the intellectual property right protection system.
