摘要
医学生人文素质的养成受家庭、丰十会和学校教育等各方面因素的影响,其中家庭影响起直接作用,社会环境起决定作用,学校教育起主导作用。必须重视并协调各方面的影响因素,充分发挥学校教育的主导作用,改进人文教育,有效地引导和促进医学生人文素质的养成。
The impacts of humanistic quality development for medical students include various faetors such as family, society and school education, in which family influence plays a direct role, social environment plays a decisive role, and school education plays a leading role. We must pay attention to and coordinate various factors, give full play to the leading role of school education, improve humanistic education, guide and promote humanistic quality development effectively for medical students.
