和谐社会语境下新疆高校法制教育的思考

Some Thoughts of Law Education in Xinjiang Higher Learning Institutions

新疆高校的法制教育由于民族成分复杂、文化背景差异、语言多样化，以及新疆社会和谐稳定的特殊需要，在教育性质与目标、内容与形式、手段与实践等方面都具有其自身的特殊性。目前新疆高校的法制教育虽有成效，但问题也较多，必须站在依法治国方略和构建和谐社会的高度，充分认识加强新疆高校法制教育的重要性，按照构建和谐社会的要求优化和拓展高校法制教育内容，突出地域特殊性，不断拓宽法制教育课载体，提高大学生的法律素养。

Law education in Xinjiang higher learning institutions has its own features in the education nature, goals, contents, forms, means and practices due to the factors of multiple ethnic groups, cultural differences, diverse languages and the specific needs of a harmonious stable Xinjiang. At present, achieve- ments in this area have been made, but there are many problems to be tackled. To make great achievements, efforts must be made to fully understand the significance of law education in Xinjiang higher learning insti- tutious under the guidance of state governance according to law and development of a harmonious society and accordingly to optimalize and extend law education content, highlight regional specifics and innovate law education carriers.
