An Investigation of Student Netizens in Xinjiang Higher Learning Institutions

文章通过对新疆13所高校学生在课余时间和课余活动的调查数据分析,认为新疆高校学生课余网络使用缺乏自觉性和主体性。应从丰富校园网络文化、完善网络法规、加强学生教育和引导以及转变教育方式等方面入手,制定具体的措施加以解决。

An analysis of student extra-curricular activities in 13 Xinjiang Higher Learning Institutions indicates that the students fail to self-control themselves in logging onto internet in their free time. This paper believes that concrete measures must be taken to improve their extra-curricular life by enriching net culture, perfecting net regulations and changing education methods.
