摘要
以钛酸丁酯和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为原料、采用Sol-gel法制备了TiO2/PVP纳米复合材料.采用原子力显微镜(AFM)、红外光谱、XRD、TGA等测试方法分别研究了薄膜的表面形貌和材料的结构与热稳定性,结果表明,薄膜表面非常光滑,粗糙度仅为3-5nm左右。
Nanometer-sized TiO2/PVP composites were prepared by Sol-gel method using tetrabutyltitanate and PVP as starting materials. Structure and thermal stability of TiO2/PVP, and morphology ofsurfaces of thin films were studied by means of IR absorption spectra and XRD spectrum, TGA and AFMrespectively. It was found that the surface of thin films was very smooth and its roughness only around3-5 nm, and the absorption band at 1095 cm-1 results from asymmetric vibration of Ti-O. The effect ofPVP and DMF on the crystallization of TiO2 was also investigated.
