This paper based on the design of 2 sets of Lanzhou petrochemical corporation 1500m 3 ethylene spherical tanks, introduced the design gist of 07MnNiCrMoVDR steel large-sized ethylene spherical tanks from the aspect of selecting suitable material,structural style and technical requirement etc.It has guiding meaning to the design of domestic large-sized ethylene spherical tanks.
