护理干预对29例眼球摘除术患者治疗效果分析

目的:探讨实施护理干预对眼球摘除术患者治疗效果的影响。方法:将29例行眼球摘除术的患者,按住院编号,采用奇偶分组法,随机分为对照组和实验组,其中对照组14例、实验组15例,对照组仅实施一般常规护理,实验组在对照组治疗的基础上按计划实施护理干预,经两组对比分析。结果:实验组患者,因有良好的心理素质、情绪稳定、术后恢复、住院周期及后期心理承受力,明显优于对照组,综合分析,P<0.05,具有显著的可比性。结论:通过实施护理干预,对缩短患者的治疗周期,稳定情绪,提高治疗效果,确保患者后期生活质量提升,起到了积极的作用。

Objective：This study investigated the effect of nursing intervention on the psychotherapy and recovery in patients who had undergone eyeball removal surgery. Methods ：29 patients after extraction of eyeball were coded in patient admission number and randomly divided＇into one control group and one experimental group using parity grouping law. 14 patients of the control group were treated under general nursing procedure,and 15 patients of the experiment group were under nursing intervention. Results： Patients in the experimental group behaved better in terms of emotional stability, postoperative recovery and psycholog/cal ability during and after operation as compared to the control group. The results showed apparent comparability with P 〈 0.05 by comprehensive analysis. Conclusion： Nursing intervention has positive effects on decreasing treatment duration, stabilizing emotion, and enhancing postoperative recovery and living standards of patients after surgery.
