正畸修复联合治疗的临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of Combination Therapy in Orthodontic Fixes

目的:评价牙列缺损、过小牙通过正畸修复联合治疗的临床疗效。方法:患者20例,牙列缺失12例,上颌侧切牙为过小牙8例。结果:通过适当的正畸手段,移动牙齿,为修复治疗提供最佳的牙列条件,已使患者得到最适当的治疗。结论:单纯的修复治疗只能顺其原来的错合状态进行义齿修复,对患者的口腔功能及美观没有产生实质性的改变。而根据合关系的需要进行正畸治疗,调整牙位,集中间隙,则有利于修复治疗,以达到符合生理状态的治疗效果。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of combination therapy in the treatment of orthodontic repairment on dentition defect and too - small teeth. Method： Use combination therapy in the treatment of twenty patients. Twelve of them had dentition defect, and eight had their Maxillary lateral incisors too small. Result： Through proper orthodontic way to move the tooth to make the best dentition condition for the repairment, we provided patients the most appropriate and most needed treatment. Conclusion：Simple fixes repairs the teeth only along people＇s oringinal eomplexing state, and does nothing impressive on patients＇ oral function and beauty. However, giving orthodontic treatment, based on the joint - relationship need, to adjust teeth and narrow the gap, is much better and more efficient to have the therapeutic effect that is suitable for the physiological state.
