摘要
目的:判断微波消融联合鱼肝油酸钠注射治疗肝囊肿的疗效。方法:A组30例单一肝囊肿患者做微波消融术及鱼肝油酸钠囊内注射治疗,B组28例患者做鱼肝油酸钠囊腔内注射,9个月后对比两组病例囊肿的复发率,统计学采用X2检验。结果:A组3例复发,复发率10.00%,B组10例复发,复发率35.71%,两组对比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:微波消融联合鱼肝油酸钠治疗肝囊肿效果较好,方法简单易行,可以广泛开展。
Objective： Judgment microwave ablation therapy combined liver oil sodium liver cyst. Methods： A group of 30 cases of patients with hepatic cysts single ablation and cod liver oil do microwave acid sodium sac injections,28 patients group B do cod liver oil sodium sac injected,9 months after comparing the two cases of cyst, using X^2 test statistics recurrence. Results：A group,3 cases of recurrent 10.00% recurrence, 10 cases of recurrent group B,35.71% recurrence, two groups of contrast was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Microwave ablation combined liver oil sodium hepatic cysts treatment effect is good, the method is simple, and can he extensively.
